The ITOC generally meets in person on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00pm in a Hearing Room at the County of Sacramento Administration Building in Downtown Sacramento. The location of the meeting can be found in the agenda packet. The ITOC may also schedule special meetings at other times or locations when needed, and will post notice according to the Brown Act.
